What is counselling?
Counselling is a safe and confidential way for you to talk things over and to explore whatever is on your mind, at your pace and using an approach that is right for you.

Do I need counselling?
It can help to talk things through but I understand it can feel like a big step. We can have a chat at no cost to you so that you can see whether it feels right for you.

What type of therapy might be right for me?
There are different types of therapy which can vary in how they use talking, practical strategies and sometimes a combination of both. As an integrative counsellor I use various approaches to make sure you get the combination just right for you.

How many sessions will I need?
This can be as individual as the therapy itself. Some people might only have a few sessions, whereas others find it helpful to take longer to explore what's on their mind. There really is no right or wrong, and together with a counsellor you'll know what feels right for you.
